Advice to others. It is important to reflect and also be honest with yourself on the effectiveness of your classroom strategies. One size does not always fit all. You should be willing to modify the lesson / strategy to fit the class. It will not take away from the lesson - it will enable you to engage your students more and they will grasp the material at a higher level.
