One of my AP CSP students has begun having an issue with her work not saving. Most recently, this week she completed U7 L2 Levels 2 and 3 (Parameters and Returns Investigate). I saw them completed. Yet the next day when she logged in, the work was gone and there was nothing in the version history. This has happened to her before, and it is sporadic. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. (I put this under the cps-unit-5 tag because there is no cp-unit-7 tag)
Are you sure the student is in the correct curriculum version each time they get into Code Studio? I have had this problem, but then noticed that the student was working on different versions (years). You can check the version in the url when the student gets to the Code Studio level. It should say csp-2025 in the url. If this is not the case, please contact support@code.org to look into this. They will need account information of the student.
Thank you! I have suggested that she keep an eye on the url to make sure she is in the correct version of the curriculum. When I checked it with her yesterday, it did indeed say csp-2025. Her work did save the Tuesday into Wednesday, so I will keep an eye on it.
