Which topics (troubleshooting, optimization, system performance) might be the most challenging for students, and how can you support their understanding?
How can you incorporate AI chatbots effectively to help students troubleshoot system issues while ensuring they critically evaluate the responses?
What strategies will you use to help students connect hardware and software concepts to real-world applications?
These questions are just starting points for reflection and discussion—there’s no need to answer all of them. Focus on the ones that resonate most with your teaching experience and goals.
Some strategies I would use to help students connect hardware and software concepts to real-world applications might be having them look at gaming devices, cell phones, smart technologies and other devices that they interact with often.
I think optimization is where my students would have the most trouble, since “optimization” is something you really can’t see. System performance you can (usually) see.
I think to help students use AI well, providing them with model prompts would be useful.
