I have a question about the translation feature in Game Lab in Unit 3. I have a Spanish-speaking student and a Turkish-speaking student. They are both familiar with how to change the translation on the lessons, but I don’t understand why the instructions do not change. The Run button is translated, some of the header titles change, but the text in the instructions stays in English. To me, that is one of the most important parts so the students can read and understand what they are supposed to do. Am I missing something? Is there something I can do so their instructions will be translated?
I’m not an official code.org representative, however I do know that translation of lessons is an ongoing project that is always looking for people to volunteer their services to help. This page will detail exactly what translations have been done, but the lessons and curriculum are ever evolving and getting to a point where they are all fully translated is a big challenge.’
