I am a certified teacher on code.org. How do I get modules of my course to unlock?

I’m sorry you are having a hard time unlocking modules. We might need some more info about your problem to be sure of how to help, but here are a few things that could be the issue-
If your students are in a unit and they can’t move on, it might be that you have hidden all lessons in that unit, and each needs to be made visible as you go. Here is a screenshot of what that looks like from your end in the unit you have assigned:
If it is an assessment you are trying to unlock, click lock settings to the right of the lesson on the unit overview page:
