We’re not able to view the quiz. I did some searching and found this on a google support page :

  1. Open your form in Google Forms.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings.
  3. Click General .
  4. Uncheck the box next to “Restrict to [yourdomain.com] users.”
  5. Click Save .
