I’m running through this lesson with my 8th graders in a quarter long course (so I’m a little late for most of you this year), but I made a workbook to scaffold this lesson for students.

I did not, sorry! We did some picking and choosing for the 8th grade class and did not end up using the full course. (We added this to the beginning of CSD U4).
If I do it in the future I will definitely share!
