Unit 5 Lesson 5 Building Clicker App: Can students use code from previous lesson and how?

I’m wondering if anyone can help.
My students want to take the app they build in Lesson 3 as the base for the clicker app in lesson 5.
What can they do to move the code over, including the assets and formatting?
