How do I find the section code for the class I’ve created? I have a student who has been in the class all year working on the units and now he doesn’t have access. He is on the roster in code.org but he can’t get in from his computer, the class doesn’t even show up on his end.
I just found that his username on my list is different than what he has in his account. How do we fix this?
He may have two different accounts. I would suggest you email support@code.org giving them both user names and see for sure if it’s two accounts or something else. If he wants to keep using the account he is using and it’s a different one, he would need to sign up again using your section code which you should be able to find by clicking on the course name and on the roster page.
