I know this topic has been covered. Has there been any resolution with this? Students are going online to find answers.

Yes - it is a battle! Unfortunately there is not a way to prevent what students who have the answers or have solved the activities choose to do with the information. And now AI will give them the answers. Personally, I don’t grade the activities that have answers available. Or, I just do completion grades. I rely on the mini-projects and other projects for grades where I have seen students in class working. You can also use AI to help you create quizzes if you want to assess a skill (the code dot org AI assistant is quite good at this). These are just suggestions that I do and find work for the most part. Perhaps others have ideas as well.
