There is a great post here by @mwood regarding how to search Learn | Code.org with a filter for iPad/iPhones. I did notice that CSFirst, which uses Scratch, is listed in this bank of resources. I do think Scratch has apps for phones/tablets and might be a good resource for your situation.
Hopefully others who use tablets as their primary technology in the classroom will give more suggestions.
