My students want to use an existing image of a glacier as a sprite - they cannot figure out how to edit the image under the animation tab so that it’s just the glacier, not the glacier with a transparent background. Having it be a square affects their game play with scoring, etc.
Unfortunately no, but you can remove the background with a number of free tools online. If you have Mac’s you can open the image in Preview and use the Toolbox > Instant Alpha wand to remove the background.
As an alternative you could use the set collider to change what shape the sprite is if that is affecting their games.
