Thanks so much for putting these together and being willing to share. Would you please update the sharing settings so that anyone can view? Currently seeing “Access Denied”.

Please try again. Sharing forms is not as simple as other types of sharing.

Sharing a form is tricky. If you select “Send” then select “Add collaborators” then you have the option to change the settings for viewing. It’s a little counterintuitive. Best of luck!
They already say “anyone with the link can view” Hopefully that is now true
