I have a student account listed that the password will not reset for.
I tested the password reset with a student account I created today for things like this and it works just fine for that account.
I can only surmise that my student’s account was created last week (LAUSD starts school a week earlier than most) before some of the security/privacy changes took place.
Any Suggestions?
I have another further more complicated variation of this where a student account was created but they do not show up on my student list under class management.
