The Final Project Planning Guide refers to a rubric (under the “Implement the Plan” section) but I cannot seem to find any rubric on the site? Is there a rubric for the final project?
I don’t think so. Here is a thread where teachers are sharing their own projects and rubrics. You may find it helpful.

I just wanted to share that many of my students have really enjoyed U7, myself included. I have found the material to provide new insight to apps while at the same time provide a rich review of many of the skills learned throughout the year.
We have about 3 weeks left and I made made some “requirements” that I wanted to share.
