I have a student who is trying to work in Web Lab and is getting a gray box that continuously flips in their workspace. Is there a fix for this?

I’ve been having that same thing happen randomly to a few of my students. Anybody have any idea why?
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by a flipping gray box. Maybe add a screenshot?
the one my students get is actually a black flipping box that just looks like it’s processing and never lets them get to past it to get to their lesson. I’ve never gotten it, but just seen it on my students’ MacBooks. We just try restarting, etc. and eventually it lets them connect, but it holds up the rest of the class waiting on those who can’t get to where we are.

Another teacher suggested having the student clear their browsing history. It seemed to work.

Yes, the gray box flipping was the webpage trying to load correct? Glad someone was able to help you.

Only using Chrome and not Safari solves the problem for us (so far)
