In-Text Citations Only in 2A

I know I cannot give feedback, but I pose this question as I am grading Explore Tasks for a test grade that I will return to them after the Collegeboard due date.

I have a student who put all 3 of his in-text citations in 2A. The rest of his paper is in-text citation free.

Would he still get the point for row 8 from an AP reader? He still technically has 3 in his paper, they’re just all in one section.

Your student should be fine. Here is the row of the rubric for the citations:

You’ll notice that the citations can appear in any text included in the artifact or written response - no other specifications are given as to “where” it needs to happen!
