I made a favicon to show the Microsoft logo. I like to use this as a way to bring the idea of steganogprahy to students. We talk about how we could “hide” the binary ascii values of a message by modifying the last one or two bits of a color. In this way we can spread a message across our image without visual detection. This is a really interesting side conversation to have that points to the fact that all data is represented as binary information at some point.
