Not sure if this applies to micro:bit, but with many circuit boards you can use tone(pin, frequency, duration) to play a certain frequency on a pin. It’s possible that Code.org doesn’t support playing sounds on micro:bit, so you may need a different program.
However, it can only produce audio output when connected to headphones, or if you have a newer model with a built-in speaker.
