No progress showing

I have a student who is in my google classroom, she is logged in correctly and can see her own progress. She has sent me screenshots of the work completed, she is in the correct course, but I cannot see her progress on my end.

I have logged out of google classroom and code.org and signed back in.

I am not sure what is happening.

I am also having the same issue?? It got worse today when it erased the student’s work for that level! Thank heavens I had already seen it!
