I have one student who cannot access any of the bonus questions. I looked for what to do on the help tab but found nothing.
That’s really odd that only one student would be having the problem. I think you might need to report a problem. Make sure to include the unit, lesson, and level(s) where the student is having trouble. Here’s a quick article on how to submit a problem report.
