Hey guys- Has anyone had an issue where only one student’s assessment will not unlock? His account looks the same as the rest of the class, but neither assessment in Unit 2 would unlock for him, and him only.

Tom, I had the same problem, and solved it by re-locking the assessment for everyone and then unlocking it again.

Yeah, I did try that, but his is still stuck. Not sure why.
