Anyone else having problems with the circuit boards connecting? For the past week, I can’t get our boards to connect to our computers. It keeps saying the board is not plugged in, when it is. We have tried different boards, different cords, different ports, and I keep getting the same error message. I talked with our tech department and they say it is not on our end. Any ideas?
I you haven’t contacted support@code.org yet, you may want to do that. They can help you troubleshoot. There are a few other variables as well. Are you using the MakerApp? If not, you may want to try that rather than trying to connect directly.
There have also been a few threads on that this week here in the forum. I know there was an issue with version 89 of the Chrome browser, but as of last Friday, that should be resolved as well.
