This is a link that I would use to help me create my own rubric. I believe this is a difficult task in deciding how to assess the students in coding, especially as I am beginning to get them excited about the coding. I would use the ideas from “Habits of Mind” to help me create a rubric.

Here is my rubric from the first module. I would probably make some edits to it in future years, but it worked reasonably well. It is for the full lab report that I had them write about the project, not just the model.
