Site Locking Up - Losing content



Several students have reported more than once, that has “locked up” and when they refresh or re-enter the site, their work had not been saved. Others have remarked that the site is much slower than normal. I know that with the 60 Minutes piece there might be a lot more traffic, but the locking up and losing bubble progress is concerning. Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights are appreciated. Thank you.


@christinarconnor I have not seen that on my end, but I would suggest contacting In my experience it is helpful to give them the account names of students who had this happen, general times this was happening, what lesson you were on, or anything else unique about the situation (ex. what technology you were using, browsers, etc.)

They are REALLY good about getting back to teachers through that address.
