We have set up an account for the school with all the classes added (as different sections) this is for monitoring purposes so we can see assessment across the whole school but a lot of the staff when inputting the login its saying invalid login when they try and log in? It works fine for me (I set it up) but most staff cant log in using the credentials on their laptop. Are we doing something wrong?
Hmmm … that one is a bit strange. I can’t think of why it wouldn’t work. You may want to reach out to support@code.org and have them look at the account to see if anything looks off… if they all use the same login and password, you would think it would just work?
