Student name will not show up for them select their name when logging in with code

Students that had a code.org already can log in but their name will not show up for them to choose to move on.

Are you trying to have them join one of your sections? If so, is it a section that requires a login or is it a picture login or something else?

If you can try to give us a few more details or maybe a screenshot of the problem, we can try to help you better.
