Hey there,

Attached is a parent permission slip regarding the release of student work-as far as I understand it. I always err on the side of getting parent permission, even if it’s not required.

Code.org employees/facilitators/trainers, if I have any errors in this, please let me know, I’d be happy to fix it.

If you do use this, please check with your local school to see if this goes along with their policy. It’s just a template, feel free to edit it as you see fit :slightly_smiling_face:

I think this is an accurate letter. I like that you specified that once sharing is approved, the link is only available to those whom it is shared with and implies is not searchable on the web. I also like that you explain students are not to have private information in the website.
