Hello everyone!

My name is James V. Rhoden Ed.S, and I teach at Saginaw United High School in Saginaw, Michigan. I primarily teach 9th-grade students. This school year, I will be teaching AP Computer Science Principles, Computer Applications, and Game Design.

I plan to use the Code.org AP Computer Science Principles curriculum and am excited to provide my students with engaging, hands-on computer science learning opportunities.

What I am most excited about with Code.org is having access to a well-structured curriculum that helps students develop computational thinking, problem-solving, and programming skills. I am also looking forward to connecting with other educators, sharing ideas, and learning new strategies to support student success in computer science.

I look forward to learning and collaborating with all of you this year!
