Hello: I have been a computer teacher for 18 years and a STEM teacher for about 3 years.
I had renewed my certificate so I didn’t have to take any more classes for 5 years and Code.org just came out.
I’ve been subbing for about 4 years because I lost my part-time job to a new principal. He desired my computer job. However, I helped out a school this past school year from March until the end. They asked me to return so I’m renewing my certificate. So I’m learning about coding thru the Teaching Channel. Margie Broene
I teach K-6–STEM will be for 5th and 6th grades starting in January.
