Digital Portfolio Upload Problem

One of my students tried to upload a file, and nothing happens when he clicks on the “Choose File” button. He’s unable to select his file to upload. Has this happened to anyone else? I did fill out the form to contact College Board, but I hoped one of you might know what’s up.

I have not had this issue myself, but would try uploading from a new browser, or sending the file to another computer and uploading it there. Have you had any luck?

Yes, thanks! I had him clear his browser’s history, cookies and cache. Then he switched to a different browser. Luckily, that worked since switching to a different device wasn’t really an option.
