How to remove or hide a course

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to remove or hide a course from a class or section. I added the “express course” to my sections but now it is the only course that shows on the students dashboard without having to go thru several extra clicks. Can I remove this and get the CS discoveries course progress back on the top of their dashboard?

Hi @denise.reichard,

First you’ll want to click on the arrow next to the section you want to switch from your teacher dashboard and select “Edit Section Details”:

Then, you should be able to change the course and unit from the dropdown menus:

Hi- I don’t think this works anymore as when I click Edit Section Details, the page looks different. It allows me to assign a course but not unassign…

Hi @aho,

When you assign one course it should override the previous assignment. So, if you were changing from the Web Development module to the AI/ML module (rather than assigning them both in CS Discoveries), it should remove the old one from the students’ dashboard.

Does that solve the problem? If not can you let us know exactly what you are trying to change?
