I have two students who have no colors available in the animation tab when doing their own creation. How can we fix this?

Hmmm…that is frustrating for those students! I am thinking that those 2 students are more zoomed in so it is cutting off the color tool. To check, is the last thing they see the eyedropper? Do they not see anything below the red line in my screenshot? If the eyedropper is the last thing they see, have them try zoom out (cntrl + “-”) on their keyboard or using the menu in their browser to zoom “-”.
If this does not fix it, I’m not sure. You can contact support and see if they have any ideas.
