On My Dashboard, student sees class link but it is not "active." It is grey'd out and not clickable

Hello All,
I have a student who cannot access the correct course shell for our CSP class.

When they login and go to their My Dashboard page, they scroll to the bottom and see our course name. However the link is not active for them on the page.

How can we get this student back into the course?

Hi Matt, sorry to see you are having problems with a student not being able to access your course. Do you see the student on your class list? Have you tried removing the student and adding him/her again? If these suggestions don’t work, I would suggest you write to support@code.org giving details of the student so they can check it out.
