So I am doing this lesson now with my students. They are really struggling with it. This is a difficult concept for them. I am almost having to do it for them. I do feel like the instructions are weaker here. Maybe if we had some sort of unplugged activity to start the activity in addition to the day 1 warmup.
I have recorded this feedback to the curriculum team. This lesson can be challenging for some students as they are increasing the complexity of their programs. My students are not on this lesson yet but after reading your feedback, I think I may project a student account and work through several bubbles with them. My role will be as a driver with the class as the navigators.
