I have a student who is having issues with her log in. Within the last week or so, her Unit 5 Lesson 17 app (canvass app) has become unresponsive. When she tries to run her code, she gets a “code.org is unresponsive” window, and is unable to proceed. She is unable to test her code to see if there are any errors, as code studios becomes unresponsive. This happens on all computers, even her home computer. Any suggestions?

Hm, I would have her try to get some tech support from code.org by emailing support@code.org. She should include all the information that you included here.
