U5 Day 30: PD Discussion Topic

U4 Day 30: PD Discussion Topic

For my more advanced students I gave them the option to create a website that would store their data. The students research PHP programming principles and apply them to their website. As part of their final presentation students will evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of this method of data taking. How they can verify if their results are sound and if this is reliable.

Lesson Final Project: Screen Time Quality Type
Overview
Provide a general overview the lesson. Include teaching tips here, if any.
This project will allow students to take a personal look at the type of screen time that they are engaging in and how often
Data will be collected over a two week period, because I want students to also record their beginning grade in each course and their grade in all 6 classes at the end of the 2 week period.
Lesson Summary
Students will be given a google docs spreadsheet to keep track of their screen time.

Does the type of screen time affect the grade outcome?
Does the frequency of screen time affect emotional feeling of wellbeing?
