Using Code.org curriculum - Course?

Hi,

Going to implement resources from Code.org to teach programming and computer science concepts with a class from Year 5 (Grade 4). Which course should I pick?

Do courses overlap or share the same material? Are they completely different? If a student does a course in year 5 and then moves on to year 6 will they be doing the same or completely different?

How fast do they move through the activities and what about the express course?

Confused as to what is best. We are a school and teach programming in our ICT periods for a term. from Year 3 to Year 6.

I would start with CSF Express,then have those kids teach their new teachers next year how to pick up where you left off.
