"Video uploaded exceeds 60 seconds in length."

Good morning everyone,

I have multiple students who are getting the error in the title when they attempt to upload their PT video. Their video is generally less than 30 seconds and uses an MP4.

Anyone else getting this issue? Any suggestions for fixing it?

@joseph.clark Some of my students have experienced trouble uploading videos in the past. The video upload has to the meet the following three requirements:
File format: .webm, .mp4, .wmv, .avi, or .mov format
Length: No more than 1 minute in length
File Size: No more than 30MB in file size
I have also have my students use simple short file names for the uploads:
ex: createVideo.mov

I hope you were able to work things out.

I asked about this in the AP CSP Facebook group and was told that long file names or file names with special characters could cause this issue.

But for me it seems that any video recorded with ScreenCapture.com triggers it, no matter how short the video length or file name. This is a really big problem for us, since ScreenCapture.com is the only recording option my students can access on school devices :frowning:

Students can use their phones to record.
