The website is running extremely slowly right now. It took over 5 minutes for my students to load the sign in page. And it takes me at school over 30 seconds to load each page. What is the problem with the website?

The code.org website on occasion has some hiccups, just like any other website. My guess is that’s what you and your class ran into. Sorry for the inconvenience, we know it’s stressful when these class disruptions happen. It’s happened to me a handful of times over several years (so pretty rare) and I don’t remember an outage or slowdown ever lasting more than a few hours.
