Hi @bditulio !

Thanks for introducing yourself. I am intrigued by your path to, and with, Code.org. Do you mind telling me a little more about how the Intro workshop inspired you and the steps you have taken since to bring CS to your students? I am always looking for great quotes and stories to use in marketing materials. If so, can you email me at support@code.org and indicate the email is intended to Megan Hochstatter?

Aim to teach computer science to public with affordable rate as in-person course for kid or adults are expensive. Don’t have any teaching experience yet.
Hope to learn best teaching strategies from Code.org and communities.

Hello! I am beginning my 27th year of teaching, and on top of that, teaching is my 2nd career. I am 57 years old, but I never did believe that you “can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” This is my 4th year as the GT specialist at my elementary school and my 1st year to attempt a coding club. That is why I am joining this community and using the on-line courses to learn coding.

Hello. My name is Vinessa Nelson. I am very new at this “game” of teaching Computer Science Foundations. I have taught business courses for over 20 years and now I am diving into a different “kind of swimming pool.” I can use any help that you are willing to provide. I want the students to receive accurate plus fun learning.
