I am Stephanie Ewald and I teach at Highlands Middle School in KY. My principal told me about Code.org when she thought it would help me teach Coding for the school year 23-24. I am not part of the cohort. I am still learning about coding through the online PD. Not sure if this program will work best. I will only have my students for 1 Quarter. I would like to only do Unit 3, but not sure if I can skip units. Unit 3 looks like it would take one quarter to teach.

Hello! I am so excited to be teaching my first ever Computer Science class! I have been teaching middle school science for the past 15 years and will be switching gears to teach Algebra and computer science this fall. I’m Todd from Southwest Nebraska. Just got done with a week long session about code.org. Great stuff. I’m the Tech Director at ESU15 and have been teaching CSFirst with Google for the past few years. I’m excited about implementing the curriculum in my districts. Thanks for being a great resource…not just the whole of code.org but the teacher community here.
